White Pearl Management does high-end residential landscaping maintenance and we are seeking a dedicated and professional Landscape Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being outside, collaborating with others and building enduring relationships. It is also important that you have a growing plant knowledge already. As an Account Manager, you will ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and work to overcome any challenges they may face. You will also assist in prospecting for potential new clients and establish relationships with them before they become official clients. White Pearl Management prides itself on delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships, making us a leader in our industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between the client and White Pearl team regarding their landscaping maintenance.
• Learn the needs of the client and develop plans to meet them, coordinating with the Production team.
• Address any landscaping concerns or issues a client may have and work with the Garden Managers or Management to resolve them.
• Meet prospective clients and present contracts to them.
• Look for opportunities for landscaping enhancements and present enhancement contracts to clients for approval.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the company to build strategies that ensure client retention.
• Develop a strong referral base from current clients.
• Oversee seasonal display rotations by getting approvals from clients and oversee installation to ensure they meet the client’s expectations.
• Communicate any improvements to enhance the company product, client experience, or processes.
• Handle minor troubleshooting for issues found on property and properly report them (issues could include irrigation, lighting, landscape maintenance issues, and more).

Qualifications

• Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Effective and consistent communication with clients to build confidence and trust in White Pearl Management.
• Microsoft 365 experience, including especially Teams, Excel, Outlook & Word.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of the landscaping industry, services, and plants to address concerns the client may have. (REQUIRED)
• Experience in client relationship management or account management (Preferred)
