Responsabilidades del Puesto

Liderazgo y Apoyo

• Mantener un buen récord de manejo y ayudar a conducir y navegar de manera segura entre el patio y las propiedades.
• Cuando el Líder de Cuadrilla lo solicite, ayudar a dirigir al equipo o encargarse de tareas asignadas, brindando orientación y apoyo.
• Ser humilde y estar dispuesto a aprender mientras desarrolla sus habilidades para apoyar mejor al equipo y, con el tiempo, ayudar a capacitar a otros.
• Promover un ambiente de trabajo positivo y colaborativo, fomentando el trabajo en equipo.

Control de Calidad

• Cumplir y ayudar a mantener los estándares de calidad en todos los servicios realizados.
• Reportar cualquier problema al Supervisor para que se pueda informar al cliente y tomar las medidas correctivas necesarias.
• Ayudar a mantener un flujo de trabajo eficiente y completar los servicios a tiempo.

Manejo de Recursos

• Ayudar a utilizar eficientemente la mano de obra, los equipos y los materiales.
• Comunicar las necesidades de recursos y trabajar con el Líder de Cuadrilla y el Supervisor para obtener lo necesario.

Salud y Seguridad

• Cumplir y ayudar a hacer cumplir los protocolos de seguridad en los sitios de trabajo, mientras conduce y en el patio.
• Usar todo el equipo de protección requerido y ayudar a asegurar que los demás miembros de la cuadrilla también lo utilicen.
• Al estacionar el camión, asegurarse de que esté en un lugar seguro y que los conos estén colocados correctamente.
• Siempre utilizar a una persona como guía (spotter) al conducir en reversa para ayudar a prevenir accidentes o lesiones.

Comunicación

• Comunicarse de manera clara y respetuosa con el equipo, atendiendo inquietudes y dando retroalimentación cuando sea necesario.
• Compartir con el Líder de Cuadrilla y el Supervisor cualquier oportunidad de mejora, trabajo adicional o idea que pueda beneficiar al cliente, al proyecto o al equipo.

Landscape Professional & Driver

The landscape professional & driver at Black Pearl Management plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and ensures efficient and safe execution of the Landscape Project Services. This role involves working with all team members, communicating with the Crew Leader and Supervisors, and meeting quality standards. Assisting in training crew members and holding them to a high safety standard is imperative.

Position Responsibilities

• Leadership and Support:
• Maintain a clean driving record and help with navigating safely to the yard and properties.
• On behalf of the Crew Leader, assist with leading assigned teams or taking care of assigned tasks, providing guidance and support to the team.
• Be humble and ready to learn as you develop your skills to help the team and to train others in the future
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork.
• Quality Assurance:
• Enforce and uphold quality standards in all aspects of the service being provided.
• Report all issues to the Supervisor so clients can be notified and corrective action taken.
• Ensure effective workflow and timely completion of services.
• Resource Management:
• Participate in the efficient use of labor, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate resource needs and collaborate with the Crew Leader and Supervisor for procurement.
• Health and Safety Oversight:
• Participate and enforce safety protocols on job sites, while driving, and in the yard.
• Wear all safety gear and hold crew members accountable for wearing gear.
• When parking the Truck, make sure it is in safe location and the cones are properly placed
• Use a Spotter when backing up at all times to avoid accidents or injuries.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with your teams, addressing concerns and providing feedback.
