Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will provide essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

· Perform general office duties such as making calls, doing internet research, responding to emails, and filling out spreadsheets.

· Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

· Input items to sell in our store into our digital system toast.

· Maintain physical and digital filing systems.

· Order office supplies and manage inventory.

· Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings.

· Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

· Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with office management systems or database software.

· Familiarity with basic accounting or HR procedures is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Flexible hours between the times of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday

· $20/hour and around 20 hours a week

Salary

$20 - $25 per hour
