Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our family medicine clinic. Our providers will deliver full-spectrum primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses in a patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to practicing in a collaborative, team-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to individuals and families across the lifespan.
- Conduct physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and order or interpret diagnostic tests.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and manage treatment plans, prescribe medications, and make referrals to specialists when needed.
- Perform in-office procedures (e.g., suturing, skin lesion removal, joint injections, women’s health procedures) as appropriate to training and scope.
- Educate patients and families on wellness, prevention, and disease management.
- Collaborate with other clinical staff, including medical assistants, behavioral health providers, and specialists.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
- Adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines and standards of care.
Qualifications:
- Required Education:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school AND Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Med/Peds residency program AND Board eligible
- Licensure & Certification:
- Board Certified or Board eligible in Family Medicine or Med/Peds with current, unrestricted state medical license active or pending.
AND
- DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience in independent practice as attending or moonlighting during residency is preferred, but new graduates welcome!
- Experience working with diverse populations or in community health preferred

Work Environment:
- Outpatient clinical setting
- Monday through Friday standard working hours with one late night from 10-7
- No weekend, holiday, or on-call duties
