- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office.

- Greet and welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported from the moment they enter our office.

- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of therapist schedules.

- Answer phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

- Assist in billing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

- Maintain and update client records in compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.

- Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure efficient communication and coordination within the office.

- Support the recruitment and onboarding processes for new therapists, including assisting with paperwork and orientation.

- Assist in the coordination and planning of office events, workshops, and trainings.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and implement innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.


- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or coursework is a plus.

- Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), EHR and comfortable using office equipment.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
