What Well-Paid Maids Offers

• Pay range: $26–$30 per hour
• Starting pay: $26/hr in DC & Chicago
• Starting pay: $27/hr in New York & California
• Expected hours: 20–40 hours per week (Full-time & Part-time available)

What You’ll Do

• Clean houses and apartments, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, and corridors
• Perform additional tasks such as laundry, washing dishes, cleaning appliances, scrubbing baseboards, and anything else needed to deliver a clean home
• Arrive at customer homes on time
• Use good judgment while working independently
• Interact with customers professionally and kindly
• Adjust your cleaning techniques based on customer and management feedback
• Communicate proactively with customers, coworkers, and management
• Problem-solve creatively when challenges arise
• Use company apps such as Acuity, OnTheClock, and Gusto

What We Need From You

• Location: Must live within a reasonable daily commuting distance of Washington, DC; Chicago; New York; or California service areas

• Transportation:
• DC, Chicago, and California: A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required
• New York City: A vehicle is not required
• Comfort with pets: Must be comfortable working in homes with friendly dogs and/or cats
• Availability: Ability to work 20–40 hours per week
