Our platform is a modern web application with industry leading machine learning capabilities that manages, analyzes, and reports Completions and Offset Pressure data for Engineers, Data Scientists, Geoscientists, and other industry experts to analyze data in seconds!

Strategic Responsibilities & Opportunities of the Role:

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate new leads for Account Executives and set up initial meetings
  • Qualify inbound leads, conducting research to understand their needs and align them with our offerings
  • Support targeted marketing campaigns by executing drip email campaigns, initiating follow-ups, and tracking engagement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system
  • Communicate Well Data Labs’ value proposition clearly, helping potential customers understand how our solutions can support their operational goals
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads


Minimum Qualifications to Apply:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment focused on the energy sector
  • Familiarity with the oil and gas industry or SaaS sales is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise way
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and remain resilient in a dynamic industry
