Tradeblock is the #1 Sneaker Trading Platform and Community that provides collectors an easy and secure pathway to use kicks as currency by joining a virtual community. We are focused on providing an innovative digital trading experience that also cultivates and fosters the collector communities across the country.

 

Based in Austin, TX, Tradeblock launched its cross-platform mobile application in May 2021. Since then, we have grown the platform to hundreds of thousands of members and have also been recognized as one of Forbes Next 1000 Class of 2021. Tradeblock is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Head of Product to take our product experience to the next level. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor at a startup with massive growth potential.

 

The ideal candidate… 

  • lives at the intersection of customer business metrics (eg. CAC, LTV, RPU, payback period) and user experience (eg. user research, journey maps, user flows, jobs to be done, etc.)
  • loves connecting in-app behaviors and patterns to business outcomes (eg. people who do X are 50% more likely to have a transaction in their first 30 days)
  • Uses data to drive product decisions and to measure the impact of those decisions
  • Has experience leading product for consumer-facing mobile apps and marketplaces specifically 
  • is a proactive leader and problem solver
  • operates well collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • excels in managing many moving pieces and bringing them together holistically


Responsibilities:


  • Own all product outcomes, from user research to design, development, and delivery
  • Work with Design and Engineering to develop and execute a vision and strategy to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and the member experience as a whole
  • Set up and track product analytics, and then drive those insights back into our product priorities and roadmap
  • Drive a deeper understanding of our users and customers, taking into account different patterns of behavior for different personas and different customer segments (eg. collector vs. reseller; casual trader vs. power trader; etc.)
  • Provide a clear picture of the impact that product changes are having (or not having) on individual user outcomes

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Data, or related field
  • Proficiency analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Comfortable with product development and data software (ex. Jira)

Nice to haves:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
  • Proficient in cloud architecture and implementation
  • Experience and track record of delivering projects and programs at scale

Salary

$160,000 - $200,000 per year
