Our Internship Program offers hands-on experience across our three core teams—Wealth Solutions, Client Experience, and Advisory—allowing interns to contribute to meaningful projects while gaining a comprehensive understanding of how our firm provides financial retirement plans and strives to deliver world-class client service. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the business actress different business functions, build professional skills, and contribute to projects that support both client outcomes and operational excellence. Team Experience 

During the internship, participants will have opportunities to engage with: 

  • Wealth Solutions Team: Support operational and administrative processes that ensure the seamless implementation of financial plans, account management, and day-to-day client needs. 
  • Client Experience Team: Assist with marketing, communications, and event coordination to enhance brand awareness, client engagement, and relationship building. 
  • Advisory Team: Support research and planning initiatives and learn how personalized financial strategies are developed and delivered. 


Job Duties

  • Assist with administrative, operational, and client service projects 
  • Conduct research and support preparation of client materials and reports 
  • Maintain and organize documentation and records 
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement 
  • Support efforts that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and client experience 
  • Coordinate and execute seasonal mailings, particularly during tax season. 
  • Assist with special projects, including data updates, transfers, and other administrative initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education program in progress toward a bachelor's degree 
  • Working knowledge of computer and phone systems as well as basic software applications 
  • Understanding of the importance of operating within a structured environment 
  • Adaptability and appropriate accommodation and flexibility. 
  • Ability to learn and apply knowledge with a balance of quality and throughput.
