We are seeking an execution-focused GHL Marketing Specialist to build, launch, and manage full lifecycle marketing campaigns for client accounts. This is a hands-on, production-driven role responsible for executing campaigns end-to-end from copy and design to build and deployment inside GoHighLevel (GHL), using AI tools and Canva as core parts of the workflow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-only environment. You are trusted to own your work, hit deadlines, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Buildout

  • Write high-quality, AI-assisted email and SMS campaign copy aligned with client goals
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as a core part of the daily workflow for copy, ideation, and efficiency
  • Translate campaign briefs and client objectives into clear, executable campaigns
  • Build and deploy campaigns inside GoHighLevel, including email workflows, blasts, forms, surveys, quizzes, checkout forms, and funnels
  • Design email banners, social graphics, and light creative assets in Canva with a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Update and maintain funnels, sales pages, and landing pages inside GHL
  • Import contacts and manage lists, tags, custom fields, and custom values
  • QA all campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy, functionality, and deliverability
  • Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns, staying current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and platform updates that can improve results for clients


Client Communication & Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Present campaigns for review and approval and manage revisions efficiently
  • Communicate timelines, next steps, and expectations clearly via Slack and email
  • Provide end-of-week updates or performance summaries as required


Project Management & Accountability

  • Manage all tasks and timelines inside ClickUp with accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure campaign work is documented, organized, and up to date
  • Complete meeting agendas, campaign status worksheets, and end-of-week reports
  • Hit deadlines consistently and communicate early if adjustments are needed


Performance Awareness & Improvement

  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, clicks, conversions)
  • Identify execution improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Proactively look for ways to automate, streamline, and improve processes
  • Flag retention, expansion, or campaign enhancement opportunities


Team & Company Contribution

  • Follow documented processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute ideas to improve execution efficiency and campaign quality
  • Uphold company values and professional standards at all times


Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, forms, automations, campaigns, and calendars
  • Proficient in Canva with a strong design eye; able to produce clean, on-brand creative assets
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) as a daily productivity and copy tool
  • Experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Strong copywriting skills for marketing and lifecycle campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven environment
  • Resourceful, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions to gain clarity

Work Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time position (20–30 hours per week to start, with room to grow)
  • Fully remote
  • Availability during standard business hours (PST or EST) required
  • Pay is based on experience and execution ability
