Main Responsibilities

• Create banners, social media graphics, email headers, and campaign visuals as requested.
• Ensure all designs are on-brand and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Strategists to understand campaign goals.
• Maintain organized files and assets for reuse across campaigns.
• Respond quickly to requests and deliver assets within deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (digital marketing preferred)
• Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva
• Ability to design email graphics, banners, headers, social posts, and basic ad creatives
• Experience designing assets that align with brand guidelines and conversion goals
• Understanding of layout, typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Understanding of how design supports CTR, engagement, and readability
• Ability to turn around small design requests quickly (same-day or next-day when needed)
• Comfortable working from briefs, screenshots, or references
• Ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and revise designs without friction
• Strong file organization and naming conventions
• Writes and speaks English fluently
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Understands the importance of customer service
• Not afraid to ask questions to gain clarity 
• Is resourceful and can quickly figure things out
• Makes recommendations based on his/her knowledge

Measures of Success

• Timely delivery of high-quality visual assets.
• Consistency with client branding and campaign objectives.
• Efficiency in supporting multiple pods without delays.
• Positive feedback from internal teams and clients.

Work Hours, Benefits & Perks

• This is a contract part-time position
• Approximately 10-20 hours per week to start with room to grow
• Must be available during standard business hours EST
• Pay structure: Hourly, project-based or retainer
• Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated execution ability
