We are looking for a Funnel and Website Designer to build high-converting landing pages, sales pages, and funnels that support client campaigns. This role blends design sensibility with technical execution inside tools like GoHighLevel and other page builders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support a high-performing culture that fits into the WSL way of working with respect to delivering outstanding customer experience always
  • Design and build funnels, landing pages, and checkout forms in GoHighLevel or similar platforms.
  • Ensure pages are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client branding.
  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Media Buyers to integrate pages with campaigns.
  • Test forms, checkout flows, and integrations to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain templates and reusable assets for efficiency.
  • Optimize existing funnels based on performance feedback


Qualifications 

  • Proven experience designing and building landing pages, sales pages, and funnels for lead generation or sales.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (preferred) or similar funnel/page builders (HighLevel, ClickFunnels, SquareSpace, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused design principles (layouts, CTAs, flow, mobile optimization).
  • Solid grasp of basic UX/UI best practices and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while still improving clarity and conversion.
  • Comfortable collaborating with Campaign Managers and Media Buyers to support active campaigns.
  • Experience testing forms, integrations, and checkout flows to ensure everything works as intended.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple builds or revisions without chaos.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to take direction, implement feedback, and hit deadlines consistently.

  • Timely creation of functional and visually effective pages.
  • Pages meet conversion goals and client expectations.
  • Clean, reusable templates and organized workflow for Campaign Managers.
  • Positive feedback from clients and internal teams.


Work Hours, Benefits & Perks

  • This is a part-time contract position
  • Approximately 20 hours per week to start with room to grow
  • Must be available during standard business hours EST
  • Pay structure: Hourly or pay per project
  • Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated execution ability
