We are seeking an execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to build, launch, and manage full lifecycle email and SMS marketing campaigns for client accounts. This is a hands-on, production-driven role responsible for writing campaign copy, building and deploying campaigns inside GoHighLevel (GHL), managing client approvals, and ensuring campaigns launch accurately, on time, and aligned with client goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-only environment. You are trusted to own your work, hit deadlines, and deliver outcomes without micromanagement. Strategy direction is provided; execution excellence is expected.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Buildout

  • Write high-quality, AI-assisted email and SMS campaign copy aligned with client goals
  • Translate campaign briefs and client objectives into clear, executable campaigns
  • Build and deploy campaigns inside GoHighLevel, including email workflows, blasts, forms, surveys, quizzes, checkout forms, and basic funnels
  • Upload and apply banners, images, and light creative assets as needed
  • Import contacts and manage lists, tags, custom fields, and custom values
  • QA all campaigns prior to launch to ensure accuracy, functionality, and deliverability

Client Communication & Ownership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Present campaigns for review and approval and manage revisions efficiently
  • Communicate timelines, next steps, and expectations clearly
  • Provide end-of-week updates or performance summaries as required

Project Management & Accountability

  • Manage all tasks and timelines inside ClickUp with accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure campaign work is documented, organized, and up to date
  • Hit deadlines consistently and communicate early if adjustments are needed

Performance Awareness & Improvement

  • Monitor campaign performance (open rates, clicks, conversions)
  • Identify execution improvements and optimization opportunities
  • Flag retention, expansion, or campaign enhancement opportunities

Team & Company Contribution

  • Follow documented processes, standards, and Service Level Agreements
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute ideas to improve execution efficiency and campaign quality
  • Uphold company values and professional standards at all times


Qualifications

  • Experience executing email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting skills for marketing and lifecycle campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing platforms
  • Comfortable building workflows, forms, tags, custom fields, and basic funnels
  • Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven environment

Work Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time position (20–30 hours per week to start, with room to grow)
  • Fully remote
  • Availability during standard business hours (EST) required
  • Paid Holidays and PTO available 
  • Pay range: $20–$30/hour, based on experience and execution ability
