We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google. This role is focused on campaign performance, budget management, and driving qualified leads for our clients.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Support a high-performing culture that fits into the WSL way of working with respect to delivering outstanding customer experience always
  • Handle client onboarding, account setup, pixel/tag implementation (Google Tag Manager), Conversion API configuration, tracking validation, GTM configuration, Merchant Center linking, Commerce Manager setup, and analytics integration.
  • Develop and execute detailed targeting strategies, including audience segmentation, remarketing, customer match, and lookalike audiences.
  • Maintain and update client dashboards in Looker Studio with data from Google Analytics (GA4 & Universal) and platform analytics.
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports with narrative insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, impression share, conversion rate) and proactively address issues.
  • Lead client calls and present performance insights, optimization plans, and strategic recommendations.
  • Connect campaigns with HighLevel, Zapier, and other tools for accurate lead flow and tracking.
  • Ensure platform compliance and stay aligned with the latest industry standards.
  • Stay on top of updates, algorithm changes, and new features for Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and performance
  • Optimize campaigns based on conversion data
  • Coordinate with Funnel Builders and Campaign Managers for tracking and alignment


Qualifications

  • 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and event configuration.
  • Experience managing Facebook Commerce Manager catalogs and troubleshooting feed issues.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ROAS, lowering CPA, and scaling profitable campaigns.
  • Agency experience is highly preferred (must be comfortable managing multiple clients).
  • Experience running campaigns on LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other digital ad platforms.
  • Expert in Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4 & Universal), and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives under tight deadlines.


Measures of Success

  • Ad performance (Lead volume, cost per lead, booked appointments, etc. 
  • Campaign efficiency and optimization
  • Account structure and quality score improvements
  • Timely updates provided to Campaign Managers


Work Hours, Benefits & Perks

  • This is a part-time contract position
  • Approximately 20 hours per week to start with room to grow
  • Must be available during standard business hours EST
  • Pay structure: Hourly or pay per account
  • Compensation is based on experience and demonstrated execution ability
