Job Summary:

Working with Others

  • Oversees Team Member performance and communicates any issues to Studio Manager/ Operations Manager

 

Operations

 

  • Participates in weekly Manager meetings with Operations Manager/Studio Manager and Regional Manager
  • Deep cleans all bikes 2 times a week according to bike maintenance standards 
  • Checks all audio equipment weekly and communicates needs to Operations Manager/Studio Manager and President
  • Test rides bikes weekly and reports bike maintenance needs to bike team and VP
  • Mops studio floors weekly
  • Perform work in accordance with company standards, policies, procedures, and laws or regulations
  • Use Mariana Tek to support studio operations
  • Ensure that Loss Prevention Practices are being implemented within the studio
  • Is careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks
  • Accepts responsibility/accountability for actions; is dependable
  • Behaves in an honest, fair, and ethical manner
  • Is enthusiastic about one’s own work; looks for ways to make work fun and engaging

 

Eligibility

 

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be able to attest to employment authorization 
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have employment eligibility and identity documents
  • Must have the ability to travel to studios and headquarters with own transportation methods

 

Availability

 

  • Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings or late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have the ability to attend one staff meeting per quarter
  • Attend weekly MOD check ins with Regional Manager and Operations Manager and/or Studio Manager

 

Other Willingness Requirements

 

  • Willing to work in an environment with bright lights and loud music
  • Willing to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
  • Willing to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg)
  • Willing to work as part of a team and also complete some work independently

 

Job Assets (i.e., nice to have; not required)

 

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience with Mariana Tek

$17 - $18 per hour
