It's a full-time, on-site role in Brighton, MI requiring 2-4 years of agency-side paid media experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

In alignment with the EOS Accountability Chart, this seat is responsible for the following five major roles:


Campaign Strategy and Management 

  1. Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms aligned to client goals and strategy developed by the Account Owner
  2. Build and manage campaign structures, including audience targeting, ad sets, bidding strategy and budget allocation 
  3. Own the full campaign lifecycle from initial setup and launch through ongoing optimization and reporting 
  4. Translate client roadmaps and Account Owner direction into an actionable paid media strategy 


Optimization and Performance

Monitor campaign performance daily and make proactive optimizations to improve results 

  1. Conduct regular A/B testing on creative, copy, audiences and landing pages to continually improve performance 
  2. Identify underperforming campaigns early and bring recommended solutions (not just problems) to the Operations Director or Account Owners
  3. Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging paid media trends 


Reporting and Communication 

  1. Build and maintain client-facing performance reports that go beyond the numbers and tell a clear story 
  2. Contribute to scorecard metrics and roadmap updates in collaboration with the Account Owners
  3. Clearly communicate campaign results, insights and next steps in both written updates and meetings when needed


Cross Departmental Collaboration 

  1. Work closely with the Account Owners to ensure paid strategy aligns with the broader client strategy 
  2. Coordinate with graphic designers, web designers and videographers  on ad creative and landing page needs
  3. Submit creative requests clearly and with enough lead time to avoid bottlenecks

Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup, optimization and troubleshooting)
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixel setup and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and attribution modeling 
  • Comfortable building reports in platform native tools
  • Working knowledge of landing page best practices and how they impact paid performance 
  • Education/Experience: 
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications, Business or related field preferred
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable
  • Experience 
  • 2-4 years of hands-on paid advertising experience,  preferably agency side
  • Demonstrated track record of managing paid campaigns with measurable results  
  • Google Ads certification and/or Meta Blueprint certification preferred
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
