Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our NEW Plumbing Department.

As a long-time Family-Owned and Operated HVAC company, we are expanding our services to include Plumbing per our customer requests. Currently looking to grow the department to serve our 1,500 maintenance plan holders and our exisitng base of almost 30,000 customers in general.

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in mostly residential and some commercial buildings. This can be a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge.

Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances

- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

- Collaborate with other team members to plan and complete plumbing projects

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as clearing clogged drains or toilets

- Respond to emergency plumbing calls in a timely manner

- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment

- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

- Proficient in using plumbing tools such as pipe cutters, wrenches, and soldering equipment

-Backflow testing & repairer certification a plus

- Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including heavy lifting

- Experience in remodeling or construction plumbing is preferred

- Basic carpentry skills for assembling or repairing structures is beneficial

- Welding skills are an advantage
