HVAC / Plumbing Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a HVAC & Plumbing Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met via inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements:
-Must have service titan experience (Phones pro is a Plus)
-HVAC/Plumbing call center experience
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Recommend products and services to customers based on their needs, preferences, and current promotions
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and promotions
- Assist customers with various service requests in HVAC & Plumbing
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers and gather feedback
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to upsell products and services
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
