We are looking for an Therapist working towards licensure to work with our adolescent clients . There is an option to supplement caseload with adult clients. Position requires a minimum of two days of in-person work. This position will emphasize individual/family therapy over group.

Position Summary

Conduct individual, family and/or group psychotherapy (adults, adolescents, and/or children) for individuals with mood disorders, anxiety, stress, trauma and eating disorders.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:                                        

1.      Conduct psychotherapy with assigned outpatient caseload, provide group therapy,

  complete relevant clinical documentation in the client’s electronic medical record

2.     Complete all assigned orientations, treatment plans, discharge plans and

collaboration of care for clients in IOP if assigned to an IOP

3.      Provide care from a trauma-informed/trauma responsive perspective

4.     Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments for new and established

clients. Assessment process to include the assessment for mood disorders, anxiety,

trauma and eating disorders according to most recent DSM Diagnostic manual

5.     Create individualized treatment plans, in collaboration of the client and according to

policies and procedures

6.     Attend and participate in weekly case consultations

7.      Participate in team meetings, trainings and clinical supervision

8.      Perform all duties in alignment with relevant licensing boards, ethical requirements,

HIPAA, payor and governmental regulations

9.      Conduct self with professionalism and contribute to creating an engaged and

positive Company culture

10.    Contribute to Company’s marketing efforts as assigned

11.    Other duties as assigned

 

Education and Experience:

        Master’s Degree or higher in Mental Health related programs and has met all

knowledge of or interest in working with eating disorders, depression, anxiety

and/or trauma

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the impacts of trauma and evidenced based treatment of trauma
  • Training in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (or other trauma oriented approached to care) preferred
  • Experience working in an intensive outpatient program or higher level of care preferred

·       Family-Based Eating Disorder training/experience is helpful if interested in working

with adolescents with eating disorders

  • Familiarity with Christian principles and practices if interested in working on the Christian Integration track
  • Skilled in clear and concise verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as effectively on a team


Salary

$56,000 - $66,000 per year
