Core Grease Service Responsibilities:

·      Service customer grease traps and grease interceptors.

·      Utilize dispatch software for routing, photos, and job notes.

·      Accurately measure grease traps and grease interceptors.

·      Complete job reports and submit paperwork.

·      Provide feedback on route efficiency and improvements.

·      Operate company vehicles safely and compliantly.

Core Hood Cleaning Responsibilities:

·      Set up and take down cleaning equipment.

·      Scrape grease buildup from exhaust hoods, fans, and ductwork.

·      Use pressure washing equipment to clean kitchen exhaust systems.

·      Ensure compliance with safety and fire prevention standards.

·      Perform final cleanup of kitchen areas.

·      Take before and after photos for documentation.

·      Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and equipment.

Schedule:

·      Overnight position.

·      Approximate 50/50 split between grease service and hood cleaning.

·      Some weekend work may be required.

·      Schedule may vary based on workload.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

·      Current Valid Driver’s License.

·      Reliable transportation to WSI office.

·      Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record Check.

·      Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

·      Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·      Comfortable working in tight spaces and various conditions.

·      Ability to climb ladders.

·      Strong work ethic and reliability.

Preferred Experience:

·      Grease trap or Wastewater service experience.

·      Hood cleaning or Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience.

·      Pressure washing experience.

·      Mechanical or Plumbing-related experience.

·      CDL is a plus.
