What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Accounts Receivable: Monitor customer accounts, track outstanding balances, and help ensure payments are received on time.
• Collections & Customer Follow-Up: Proactively contact customers regarding past-due balances, resolve payment issues, and follow through until accounts are brought current.
• Building Customer Relationships: Communicate professionally and confidently with customers to resolve billing questions and maintain positive working relationships.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and review invoices for accuracy and help ensure customers are billed correctly and on time.
• Problem Solving: Investigate billing discrepancies, resolve account issues, and work with other departments to find solutions.
• Reporting & Organization: Maintain accurate account records, track collection activities, and provide management with updates on receivables and collection progress.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or a related accounting role.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to have professional but sometimes difficult conversations about past-due payments.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through without constant supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of customer account issues.
• A positive attitude and a team-first approach.
