Washington Technology Industry Association Director, Retirement Plan Sales (Pooled Employer Plan) Remote · Full time Company website

Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) is a technology industry association representing hundreds of member companies ranging from startups to mid-market firms across the Pacific Northwest and beyond. WTIA operates an established Pooled Employer Plan (PEP) serving Washington technology companies, and we are looking for a Director, Retirement Plan Sales to accelerate its growth and expand adoption across our member base. This is an opportunity to take a proven retirement solution and build the sales engine around it. The PEP gives small and mid-market employers access to a 401(k) plan with pooled buying power, professional fiduciary support, and an infrastructure they may not be able or interested in building on their own. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role at the intersection of retirement plan expertise and association channel distribution. You will be the primary point of contact for member companies evaluating our PEP, guiding them from initial conversation through enrollment and building the relationships that drive long-term retention and growth. The right candidate has a track record selling 401(k), MEP, PEP, or similar retirement solutions to small and mid-market employers; understands ERISA and fiduciary structures deeply enough to educate CFOs and HR leaders; and knows how to sell a fiduciary solution, not simply a financial product.
