As we scale operations and prepare for future franchising, we are looking for a highly organized, adaptable, proactive and dedicated Office Manager to lead our Storefront Operations Team, ensuring that each client enjoys a seamless and personalized experience. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at our storefront, providing exceptional management and leadership to ensure smooth, efficient operations. This role includes managing staff, maintaining schedules, maintaining client relations, coordinating with sales and alterations, maintaining inventory, and upholding our high standards of customer service.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storefront Operations Leadership
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Clients and direct support to Sales Consultants, Alterations Staff, and Hospitality Staff.
  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, sales, and inventory management.
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Business & Data Management
  • Oversee client scheduling and appointment coordination.
  • Provide weekly sales, marketing, and operations reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and tracking in WooCommerce (eCommerce platform), HubSpot (CRM), and ClickUp (Task Management System).
  • Onboarding & Compliance
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees/contractors in Gusto (payroll).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and training milestones.
  • Track onboarding progress and assist in coordinating orientation sessions with leadership ensuring completion of required internal training programs.
  • Inventory & Vendor Coordination
  • Monitor inventory levels, track order statuses, and assist with purchasing decisions.
  • Communicate inventory needs with vendors and alterations contractors.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Local travel is required for this position.
  • Ability to lift 45lbs above head, ability to stand multiple hours, ability to work outdoors (10%),
  • Preferred
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • 2 years proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, Sales Lead, or in a similar role.
  • Experience in retail, menswear, or tailoring
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Maps, Sheets). 


Salary and Benefits:

  • All new employees must complete NCWorks Work Experience Program ($15/hr for 3-6 months of orientation).
  • pay for this position is experience/qualifications based.
  • Flexible work schedule during operating hours (Mon - Sat 10am – 7pm) Standard work week is 40 hours per week.
  • This is a hybrid in-person-/telework position. Remote work is not authorized.
