Warfighter AI is hiring a Senior Software/Data Engineer — hybrid, National Capital Region.
You'll be building and hardening the APIs, MCP integrations, and agent tools/skills that let AI systems operate reliably in environments where "it mostly works" isn't good enough.
What you'll touch:
-API design and integration at production scale
-MCP server/tool development for agentic systems
-Agent skill architecture — the stuff that turns a model into something operators can trust
-Data engineering that feeds decisions, not dashboards
Requirements:
-Hybrid, NCR
-Active TS/SCI clearance (non-negotiable)
-$175K–$225K
