Position Overview
The Paralegal provides legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced civil litigation environment, with particular focus on employment law matters. This role combines fact gathering, legal research, discovery management, case management, and trial preparation. This is position requires at least 2 years of civil litigation experience in California.
This position requires working under the supervision of a California-licensed attorney in accordance with California Business and Professions Code Section 6450 et seq. The paralegal may not provide legal advice, represent clients in court, set legal fees, or accept cases.

Compensation
$31 - $36 per hour (full-time position) commensurate with experience
Benefits Package
Benefits are available after a 90-day introductory period and include:
California-mandated benefits including paid sick leave are provided from date of hire in accordance with state law.
Work Environment
Full-time, in-office position based in Los Angeles, California. Hybrid work arrangements may be negotiated for highly qualified candidates.
