Position Overview
The Business Operations & Growth Intern will support core business functions including operations, marketing, financial tracking, and internal process development. This role is ideal for a college student or recent graduate interested in business, entrepreneurship, marketing, operations, or management.
You will gain exposure to how a service-based company runs on a day-to-day basis — and how it scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in improving internal systems and operational workflows
- Support marketing initiatives, including social media and local brand efforts
- Help track financial performance and basic budgeting metrics
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Assist with customer experience process improvements
- Support special projects related to growth and expansion
- Coordinate scheduling and internal communication as needed

Ideal Candidate

Preferred (But Not Required)
- Business, marketing, finance, or management major
- Previous customer service experience
- Interest in working in a growing local company environment
