Your Daily Adventures

  • Office Wizardry: Own the daily office operations—think scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and making the magic happen.
  • ServiceTitan Mastery: Use your skills to keep us running like clockwork, managing work orders, customer info, and operational reporting.
  • Scheduling Guru: Keep our technicians’ calendars (and customers) happy by coordinating efficient schedules and quick dispatches.
  • Customer Cheerleader: Wow our customers by solving issues, answering questions, and making their day better.
  • Data Detective: Dive into ServiceTitan reports to track performance and find opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Pro: Spot inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and level up how we do business.
  • Team Connector: Be the go-to person keeping communication flowing between the office, techs, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as an Office Manager (bonus points if it’s in the garage door or home services industry).
  • ServiceTitan savviness—you know the system inside and out.
  • Top-notch organizational and multitasking skills (spinning plates? No problem).
  • A natural communicator with a knack for building relationships.
  • Tech-friendly and comfortable with tools like Microsoft Office and ServiceTitan.
