Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist with Wallen Garage Doors, you'll be the friendly voice and helping hand that our customers and technicians rely on. Join our Service Excellence Team and contribute to creating positive and memorable experiences for our team and everyone we serve.
Responsibilities:
π Engage with customers via phone and email, providing assistance and answering inquiries.
π Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to job completion.
