KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day front office operations, ensuring an efficient and patient-focused environment.
• Oversee patient scheduling, appointment confirmation, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Utilize Modernizing Medicine EMR system to maintain accurate patient records and streamline office workflow.
• Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient flow and communication.
• Ensure the front office remains organized and welcoming.
• Work closely with the practice’s management to implement and enforce policies and procedures.
• Support billing and coding teams by verifying insurance information and ensuring proper documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a medical office, preferably in dermatology or surgery.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems, experience with Modernizing Medicine is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
