We are looking for licensed clinician(s) (LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) to join our thriving practice for outpatient therapy services (MH/SA) for children, adults, couples, families, and LGBTQ+ population. Therapist must be clinically trained professional with knowledge of private practice, dedicated to the well-being of clients, strong work ethics, work independently, and flexible with scheduling. This is W-2 position, starting as part-time to quickly build a full-time caseload, caseload may consist of telehealth and in-office appointments. We offer flexible schedule, clinical & administrative support team to help you navigate through private practice setting.

What we Need

Candidate Must Have:

• LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC, LCAS, Ph.D. - North Carolina License
• Hiring for our North Raleigh/Wake Forest & Six Forks/Raleigh locations
• Must Experience working with children and adults
• Strong work ethic; dedication; desire to grow with the practice
• Ability to see clients at the office at least 3-4 days a week (willing to offer some evening and/or weekend sessions)
• Credentialing with major insurances (BCBS, UHC, Aetna, Ambetter, etc., but we will assist with credentialing if needed)
• Ability and willingness to work as a generalist but have some cool specialties too
• Open to working with children, teens, adults, couples, and/or families
