Job Description

W.Bradford is looking for a Paid Social Media Intern to join our team and help us manage paid media campaigns for our social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, as well as experience running ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. They will be responsible for creating and executing social media marketing campaigns and analyzing data to track campaign performance.


  • Create and execute social media marketing campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
  • Run social media ads and track campaign performance
  • Analyze social media data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team


  • Perusing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in social media marketing.
  • Experience running social media ads on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Able to speak to all aspects of social from Partnerships, Placements, Ad Units, Testing Road Maps, Pixels, Measurement, etc. with support of other subject matter experts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.


$15 - $20 per hour
