We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and win new business opportunities that align with our companies strengths. This role requires a strong understanding of precision manufacturing and the ability to match customer needs with our capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, nurturing key relationships, and helping grow revenue with profitable, repeatable work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networking
  • Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities (CNC machining, turning, assembly, etc.)
  • Target and pursue jobs that are a strategic fit—repeatable, high-tolerance, high-value parts
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to quoting and closing
  • Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking metrics
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline health

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, Machining, Injection Molding or industrial markets
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency with email outreach, CRM tools, and sales platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
  • Experience selling into aerospace, or medical device industries is a plus
  • Existing contacts in aerospace and medical industries is a plus

Compensation:

Base salary + performance-based commission (OTE based on experience and results).
