Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, inbound leads, and industry networking
- Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing capabilities (CNC machining, turning, assembly, etc.)
- Target and pursue jobs that are a strategic fit—repeatable, high-tolerance, high-value parts
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial outreach to quoting and closing
- Collaborate with estimating and engineering teams to develop accurate quotes and proposals
- Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events as needed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales tracking metrics
- Provide regular updates on sales progress and pipeline health
Requirements:
- 6+ years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing, Machining, Injection Molding or industrial markets
- Strong communication skills
- Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
- Proficiency with email outreach, CRM tools, and sales platforms
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
- Experience selling into aerospace, or medical device industries is a plus
- Existing contacts in aerospace and medical industries is a plus
Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based commission (OTE based on experience and results).
