About Von Rock Law PC

Von Rock Law, PC, is a boutique law firm located in San Francisco, which in 2024 alone has been voted the Best Attorney in the Bay Area by SF Gate, as a Neighborhood Favorite on NextDoor, and as a SuperLawyer, for Deidre Von Rock. Deidre Von Rock established VRL over 10 years ago to create a firm that prioritizes work-life balance, after having worked the grueling pace of a traditional law firm for over 15 years. At VRL, we expect that our professionals are capable of performing their roles during the workday, and are not on call in the evenings, weekends, or other time off. We grant additional paid time off around Thanksgiving and the end of the year so that our employees can spend quality time with loved ones. We particularly support gender equality, flexibility for parents, the option to work remotely or in a hybrid role, and offer competitive compensation, benefits, and room for growth. We have the most modern tech stack in place in order to facilitate that work structure, and are constantly upgrading our systems to ease the work for our team, and consistently improve the client experience.
