The Community Organizer is an entry-level, part-time position focused on year-round outreach in Latino communities. Most of the work happens in the field — knocking on doors, making phone calls, attending community events, and talking directly with Latino voters and community members. This position is for someone who enjoys meeting people, can start conversations with strangers, and wants to help build Latino civic participation and community power. Full-time positions are also available.
