We are hiring an account strategist who will put the needs of our clients first. The account strategist manages the day-to-day contact with our amazing clients. This role keeps projects organized, lends thinking and expertise on media, and makes a client’s day easier through thoughtful communication. The right person for this role balances a love of working with people and building trust in relationships, while also managing of all the details of a project/campaign. Account Management


Building Relationships

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by being the “single point of contact” for all media needs and questions.
  • Understanding client preferences, pain points, and communication style and adapt your approach to fit each unique relationship.
  • Build trust with your clients through timely communication and proactive management of projects and deadlines.
  • Establish strong working relationship with partner agencies, delivering a seamless communication process.

 

Project Management 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of all media activity on behalf of assigned clients.
  • Own various campaigns and workflows from briefing to reporting with the client and internal media team.
  • Take a consultative approach to learning and understanding your client’s business objectives and media needs.
  •  Send meeting agendas and follow up with any action items and takeaways after meetings.
  • Use client media brief to capture all needed information for project/campaign.
  •  Interpret media strategy and translate into actionable steps and deadlines.
  • Responsible for overseeing specific client budgets and billing process to ensure budgets are managed effectively.
  • Showcase client’s successes in a timely manner, communicate “wins” to the client, other similar clients, and the internal team.

 

Media Strategy

  • Lead the client by providing a point of view on decisions related to media, audience targeting, creative testing and specs.
  • Present new ideas, opportunities, and media trends that are relevant to specific clients.
  • Prepare and present media plan and reporting decks. 
  • Demonstrate initiative by researching and identifying valuable information/insights to improve media recommendations. 
  • Understand all mediums and research tools and apply to communication planning process.
  • Attend relevant meetups, conferences, and seminars to increase industry knowledge and skills.  
  • Stay current on new media opportunities available to clients and collaborate with the media team to explore and vet these opportunities.

Salary

$80,000 - $105,000 per year
