At VirtoKids, we believe in big fun for little locals — and we're looking for energetic, creative, and caring individuals to help us bring that vision to life.

As a Play Facilitator, you'll be at the heart of the experience, making magic happen for kids ages 2.5 to 12. Whether it’s guiding imaginative play, leading themed crafts and games, or helping throw the best birthday party ever — you’ll be creating moments that matter.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead fun, developmentally-appropriate activities during hourly play sessions
• Create a welcoming environment that encourages creativity, movement, and social connection
• Host birthday parties and special events with games, crafts, and party fun
• Supervise play areas and ensure safety, kindness, and respect among all kids
• Step in when needed to resolve conflicts in a calm, caring way
• Keep play areas tidy and organized — set up, break down, and keep supplies stocked
• Communicate clearly with both kids and parents/guardians when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Upbeat, responsible, and ready to jump in with energy and enthusiasm
• A natural with kids — able to lead and engage groups in a fun, respectful way
• Creative and quick-thinking — you’re not afraid to be silly or go with the flow
• Strong communicator and team player
• Passionate about creating safe, inclusive environments for children

The Details:

• Up to three 6-hour shifts per week
• Starting at $16/hour
• Performance-based raise after 90 days
• Annual review at 1 year with additional growth opportunities
