While our clinic is small in size, we are growing rapidly and are seeking a candidate for this role who is excited to grow with us. This is an in-office position that will directly support our Naturopathic Medical Doctor with patient care and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate and reliable individual who is looking for a flexible, friendly work environment that focuses on patient-first care.


Qualifications


  • Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant or EMT license
  • Experience in phlebotomy and IV therapy
  • Must live locally in the Treasure Valley
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in healthcare environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Desire to advance natural medicine options in healthcare
  • Interest or experience in aesthetics and skincare
  • Computer and web-browser competency
  • Basic understanding of medical charting & HIPAA
  • Excellent organizational skills


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):


  • Schedule, intake, receive, and supervise patients
  • Perform medical procedures within scope (under physician supervision)
  • Perform blood draws and process lab tests
  • Communicate with patients and receive phone calls
  • Maintain office inventory and supplies
  • Related projects as assigned


Salary

$17 - $23 per hour
