Our sales team is the engine of our growth — and we need a sharp, driven Sales Recruiter to help us build and scale that team from anywhere in the US.


Role Overview. 

As our Sales Recruiter, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for all sales positions. You will work remotely and partner directly with Vice President of Field Sales to understand hiring needs, build pipelines of qualified candidates, and fill roles quickly with the right talent. This is a high-impact position for someone who understands what it takes to recruit in a commission-driven, performance-first sales culture.


What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all sales roles including Inside Energy Specialists, Outside Sales Representatives, and Sales Leadership positions.
  • Source candidates through traditional and non-traditional resources LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for sales aptitude, cultural fit, and role alignment.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of active and passive candidates at all times — always be building.
  • Partner with sales managers to understand team needs, hiring timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and keep candidates engaged throughout the process.
  • Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with approved compensation plans.
  • Track key recruiting metrics: time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and 90-day retention.
  • Build and maintain Victory Energy’s employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top sales talent.
  • Support onboarding coordination in partnership with HR and sales leadership.


What We're Looking For


Required

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in sales, solar, or high-volume environments.
  • Proven track record sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets.
  • Strong communicator — you can sell the opportunity as effectively as any rep sells the product.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and major job board

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for solar, home services, or direct/outside sales industries.
  • Familiarity with commission-based and OTE compensation structures.
  • Experience helping scale a professional sales team in a high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree


Salary

$80,000 - $80,000 per year
