The Corporate Sales Trainer is responsible for building and delivering a world-class sales training program for Victory Energy’s sales teams. You will own onboarding for all new sales hires, deliver ongoing skills development training, systems training, and work directly with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and close them. This is a remote role with travel to sales markets as needed. You will report directly to Vice President of Field Sales and have a direct impact on revenue performance across the organization.
