The Role

We are seeking clinicians who value depth-work and authentic connection to join our growing team. This is a remote-first position providing high-quality psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of individuals (adolescents and adults) and/or couples.

While the majority of our practice is virtual, we also maintain a beautiful physical office in Nyack, NY. For clinicians who value a change of scenery or the energy of in-person work, we offer the option to see clients in-person at our Nyack location.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Provide individual, couples, or group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, Trauma-Focused, etc.) tailored to the client’s needs.
• Remote Flexibility: Conduct sessions via our secure telehealth platform from your own professional remote environment.
• Optional In-Person: Ability to hold in-person sessions at our Nyack office for those who prefer a hybrid workflow.
• Documentation: Maintain timely and accurate clinical records (intakes, progress notes, and treatment plans) via our EHR system.
• Client Engagement: Conduct initial 15-minute consultations to ensure a strong therapeutic match and "vibe" before beginning treatment.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in New York and/or New Jersey (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Limited Permits (MHC-LP or LMSW) are welcome; clinical supervision is available.
• Clinical Style: A commitment to cultural humility and working with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilizing telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools.
