Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health therapy and holistic wellness practices.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices for mental health treatment and integrating complementary holistic therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a team of holistic providers, including yoga therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, and mindfulness experts, to ensure a seamless and integrative approach to client care.
• Document sessions, track client progress, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings, contributing to treatment planning and collaborative care efforts.
• Provide clients with the support they need to achieve long-term healing, incorporating both traditional mental health approaches and holistic wellness practices.

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed mental health professional (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or similar) or pre-licensed with the appropriate state-level supervision.
• Experience in conducting individual and group therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Experience in providing one-on-one and group sessions for clients seeking support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to document treatment plans, client progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working in an integrated healthcare setting, blending traditional and holistic approaches.
