In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Participate in internal projects as required
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and technical requirements
- Work closely with internal and external customer project managers, developers, and teams, to ensure success
- Develop exceptional technical expertise and deliver customer service through to implementation and support
- Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign with the Project Managers
- Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
- Technical project team lead with development to produce high-level and detailed implementation and solution designs that align with business objectives and customer requirements
- Maintain current ServiceNow knowledge through self-study and utilization of available training
- Possess more than one current ServiceNow CIS certificate and demonstrate exceptional understanding of solution aligned with the certificates
- Within three months from date of hire, the following must be acquired:
- ONE (1) CSA or CAD
- FIVE (5) Micro Certifications
- ONE (3) Sales/Pre Sales Certifications
