During this internship, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team on identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across various departments within the company. You will be involved in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings, as well as collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in process improvement methodologies and tools.

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices, and gap analysis
• Participate in meetings and presentations related to process improvement initiatives.

Here are a few of the projects we are looking for interns for:

• Research Project - Conduct research of our competitors, identify company inefficiencies, develop solutions, gather and present results to company leadership.
• Media Project - Partnering with all departments of the company to develop onboarding videos and media to welcome new team members.
• Go-Live Photography Project - Attend project Go-Live celebrations with the company and our customers to take high quality photos and videos that will be utilized on our company LinkedIn, website, internal newsletters, and other media platforms.

Your internship with VETS will be on an at-will basis, which means you and the company are free to terminate the internship relationship at any time for any reason.
