What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and optimize direct response funnels that convert cold traffic into booked calls and high-ticket sales
- Execute multi-step nurture sequences (email/SMS) and retargeting strategies that increase lead quality and show-up rates
- Manage GoHighLevel systems and automations with precision (must have prior GHL, or equivalent CRM, experience)
- Develop strategy for paid media campaigns across Meta, YouTube, Google, and more as well as manage ad or coordinate ad spend across platforms to ensure campaign profitability and performance
- Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities across the entire funnel
- Optimize existing funnels through A/B testing, conversion tracking, and iterative experimentation
- Plan and execute strategic launches for new funnels, ensuring seamless integration across platforms
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and video editors to create high-converting assets
- Stay agile and responsive—pivoting quickly based on data and results
- Own KPIs like CPL, CAC, and ROAS, completing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Responsible for driving monthly booked calls and optimizing each funnel step to meet goals
You’re a Fit If You
- Have 3–5+ years of hands-on direct response marketing experience, ideally in the high-ticket info product or coaching space
- Can build and optimize campaigns from end to end—strategy through execution
- Are fluent in GoHighLevel, or equivalent CRM, and comfortable building automations, forms, triggers, and campaigns
- Have experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Suite, Canva and bonus points if you have experience with ActiveCampaign
- Are willing to embrace and leverage AI to find efficiencies and speed to execution
- Know how to scale ad strategies across Meta, YouTube, and Google with a clear eye on CAC, CPL, and ROAS
- Live for metrics and performance dashboards—but also trust your marketing instincts
- Move fast, take ownership, and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Are a team player who communicates clearly and brings positive energy
Bonus Points For
- Experience marketing virtual offers (online courses, masterminds, coaching programs)
- Familiarity with Cody Bjugan or the land/real estate investing space
- Copy chops—or at least knowing what good copy looks like

- This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Scottsdale, AZ office.
- Compensation: This role may be filled as either a Manager or Director, depending on experience. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with the final title and qualifications.
