We are looking for a Delivery Driver that is an integral part of the day to day performance of Verve Coffee Roasters Operations. The Delivery Driver role is a dynamic, active, on-the-road & on-the-floor position that facilitates deliveries of all Verve products to our amazing customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has outstanding time management skills. This position will report to Verve’s Production Manager. Description
Responsibilities:
● Execute the delivery of all Verve products to the appropriate customer and receive signed documentation for each delivery.
● Contribute to a positive and professional culture of work ethic, safety, open communication, quality, and continuous improvement.
● Directly support all order fulfillment sub-functions, including: package preparation, package fill, product staging, order pick/pack/staging, quality assurance, customer invoicing, and loading the delivery van.
● Adhere to established standard operating procedures, safety and sanitation policies, and opening/closing protocols etc.
● Offer relevant, thoughtful ideas and suggestions to improve operational efficiency.
● Deliver and pick up product at specified customer locations.
● Verify that all items listed on invoices/packing slips are loaded and delivered.
● Ensure all packing slips have been signed.
● Maintain vehicle cleanliness at all times.
● Develop and execute an organized, efficient loading and unloading system.
● Safely operate pallet jack and forklift.
● Communicate and report any delivery issues.
● Support the Production floor on days when there are no deliveries / on days when the delivery.

Qualifications:
● Valid CA Driver’s License
● Excellent communication skills
● Superior organizational, planning and time management skills
● Work well individually and with a team
● Safely lift 50 lbs. unassisted
● Ability to work full-time and with a changing schedule (including early hours)

Salary
$16.75 - $20.75 per hour
