We are looking for a skilled frontend developer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a frontend for a new SaaS web application that is being developed by Veridise. This individual will work closely with Veridise engineers to integrate Veridise products into our SaaS platform for customer consumption. In addition, this individual will be responsible for collecting feedback from customers to determine how interfaces can be improved to better integrate into their workflow.

Applicants should have a strong background in web development and should be proficient in all aspects of the web development stack.

Responsibilities:

i. Designing, building, and maintaining the frontend for a cloud-based SaaS web application developed by Veridise.

ii. Identifying improvements to interfaces based on customer feedback

iii. Thoroughly testing Veridise websites before deployment

Required Qualifications:

i. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience required.

ii. 2+ years of professional experience working on a web application frontend, including experience in designing the UI/UX. iii. Experience with REST API design and backends.

iv. Proficient in writing modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Experience with TypeScript is a plus.

v. At least 1+ years of professional experience using a modern JavaScript web framework such as React, VueJS, etc.

vi. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand the tradeoffs between different technology choices.

vii. Written and spoken communication skills in English for a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience implementing frontends for Python-based API backends (Djanjo, Flask, FastAPI, etc.) is strongly preferred.
