In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our security personnel on-site at Corsica Homeowners Association ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that high standards of safety and security are maintained. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing security protocols, training personnel, and maintaining relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and actively participate in on-site security operations, including direct supervision of personnel and routine patrols.
• Enforce security protocols and policies in alignment with company standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure effective security coverage and operational readiness.
• Train, mentor, and support security staff to uphold compliance and performance benchmarks.
• Monitor and document incidents thoroughly, generating detailed and timely reports.
• Collaborate with the HOA, Board of Directors, and property management to proactively address security concerns and improve service delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between upper management and on-site personnel to ensure transparent communication and operational consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess, deescalate, and respond effectively to security situations.
• Proficiency with modern security technologies and monitoring systems.
• Valid Florida Class D Security Officer License; additional relevant certifications are a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
