The art of first impressions.

The veterinary client care specialist is the first face of the hospital that pet owners will encounter and sets the tone for the entire pet care experience. Client care specialists anticipate, and remain attentive to, both pet and owner needs. You will work compassionately with clients in various emotional states while maintaining a professional, cheerful, and helpful attitude, advocating for pets on proper standards of care. Client care specialists are also responsible for assisting pets to and from their vehicles when necessary, cleaning and maintaining an attractive appearance of common areas, restocking shelves, and assisting other team members as necessary.
