ABOUT VENTURE WELLNESS
Venture Wellness is a performance and longevity clinic in Midlothian,
VA built for patients who take their health seriously. We combine
evidence-informed clinical care with a direct-pay model that gives
providers the time and tools to practice medicine the way it was meant
to be practiced — without the constraints of insurance-driven volume.
We are expanding our clinical team to include a dedicated direct primary
care APP who will serve as the foundation of our patients' everyday
health — the trusted clinician they turn to for primary care, weight
management, and women's health needs within a practice that values
outcomes over throughput.

THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF...
We'd rather be honest upfront than waste your time or ours. Please
stop reading here if any of the following sounds like you:
→ You've stopped being curious. You learned what you needed to get
certified and you're done. The idea of staying ahead of evolving
science, protocols, and therapies feels like a burden, not a
privilege.
→ You're coasting. You want a predictable, low-accountability role
where showing up is enough. Grit, excellence, and proactivity
aren't words you'd use to describe yourself on your best day.
→ You're indifferent to patient outcomes. Helping someone reclaim
their energy, clear their brain fog, move without pain, or feel
genuinely well again doesn't light you up. It's just a job.
→ You resist change. New modalities, evolving protocols, and an
entrepreneurial pace feel threatening rather than exciting.
→ Hospitality feels beneath you. Warmth, attentiveness, and going
above and beyond for patients isn't something you think about —
it's not why you went into medicine.
Still here? Good. Keep reading.
