You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of clients' financial needs, including day-to-day accounting, month end close, and process improvements. Description
Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to provide financial guidance and support
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of clients' financial needs
- Deliver comprehensive financial recommendations to clients
- Provide accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes to regulations and laws related to financial reporting and tax compliance
- Collaborate with other members of the Venture First team to identify new business opportunities and drive growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
Salary
$65,000 - $90,000 per year
